Bi-monthly Project Management Meeting held
On 31 July 2022, the Project Management Team (PMT) gathered for the scheduled bi-monthly meet to get an update on the project activities, monitor progress, identify challenges and bottlenecks and adopt strategies for overcoming those challenges. The ultimate responsibility for AdSEARCH governance lies with the PMT which is comprised of nine members including the Project Director, Deputy Project Director, a Technical Coordinator, a Project Coordinator, and several Theme Leads with experience of up to 35 years in leading projects and working in managerial capacity.
