Head of Development Cooperation at the High Commission of Canada with AdSEARCH by icddr,b
On 23 October 2022, representatives of Global Affairs Canada (GAC), Joe Goodings, Head of Development Cooperation, Bangladesh Programme accompanied by Joseph Sebhatu, First Secretary (Development) and Farjana Sultana, Development Advisor, High Commission of Canada visited the AdSEARCH team at icddr,b. The visitors were welcomed by Dr Tahmeed Ahmed, icddr,b Executive Director and Shams El Arifeen Senior Director, MCHD and Project Director of AdSEARCH along with other senior members of the project. The nine members of the Project Management Team (PMT) proceeded to talk about the big picture AdSEARCH envisions and shared updates on the Work Packages and other parts of the project as the meeting went into its second half.
