Dr Ahmed Ehsanur Rahman presents AI Festival
Dr Ahmed Ehsanur Rahman, Technical Coordinator of #AdSEARCH and PI of the AdPreDiCCtion study was invited to present the ‘Future of AI in Healthcare in Bangladesh’ at the AI Festival 2023 organised by a2i - Aspire to Innovate on 7 December 2023.
In his presentation, Dr Ahmed introduced a system that can operate through wearable patient tracking, AI algorithms sending health messages based on model data and issuing alert messages for the early detection of complications.
"Advancing the understanding of pregnancy-related diseases, conditions and complications among first-time pregnant women in rural Bangladesh: a prospective cohort study for assessing the burden and determinants", also known as AdPreDiCCtion, is an AdSEARCH study funded by Global Affairs Canada(GAC).
