Workplace Abuse (WPA), characterised by workplace incivility (WI), bullying and sexual harassment (SH) is a major concern globally and in Bangladesh. It can have detrimental effects on one’s self-confidence, overall mental wellbeing, performance, productivity as well as has an adverse consequence on sexual and reproductive health of an individual. In this study we are designing, developing, implementing and assessing the iKnow app for prevention of and protection against WPA, characterized by WI, work place bullying, and SH which will lead to increase awareness, knowledge and understanding regarding these and decrease the experiences among icddr,b staff.
