Although there has been progress in improving maternal and neonatal health outcomes in Bangladesh in recent years, there is still much work to be done to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of ensuring all women and newborns have access to high-quality maternal and neonatal health services. We propose a study to introduce global and national standards to deliver high-quality maternal health services (MHS) through an Upazila Health Complex in Bangladesh.
