Infertility is an emerging public health problem, yet under-emphasised in prevailing fertility and family-planning programmes. This study attempted to understand the measurement of infertility and estimate its prevalence, explore the experiences of infertile couples and examine the existing infertility service provision to document the challenges and opportunities.
